Homeowner Selection Committee

We are a team made of up staff and volunteers dedicated to helping people achieve affordable homeownership in our community. We typically meet about once a year to select a homebuyer for the Homeownership Program. We meet ad hoc, meaning that we meet when we are needed.

The Homeowner Selection Committee committee is responsible for drafting selection criteria and application forms, screening applicants, interviewing applicants, and recommending applicants to the Board of Directors for approval as prospective homeowners.
